Reviews and Ratings
My stay at this hotel was quite the mixed bag. While I loved the hot spring bath and appreciated the comfortable bed, the check-in process was frustrating, and the limited dining options were a letdown. The location offers stunning views, but be prepared to travel a bit to find food outside the hotel. Overall, it has potential but definitely needs some improvements.
The hotel offers stunning views of Lake Toya and the ocean, and the room was spacious and clean. However, the service at the front desk could be improved, and the dining options were somewhat limited and needed prior reservations, which was frustrating. Overall, the experience was mixed with some highlights and notable downsides.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. On one hand, the hot springs were relaxing and the breakfast was excellent, making up for some service mishaps during check-in. On the other hand, I found the staff at times unhelpful, and access to certain amenities felt overly restricted. The view was gorgeous, though it was partly obscured by clouds during my stay.
My stay at this hotel was quite a mixed bag. On one hand, the luxurious decor and stunning views from my room were fantastic. On the other hand, communication with the staff was challenging, and the dining experience fell short due to strict booking requirements and an insufficient menu. Overall, it feels like a place where the expectations set by its star rating are not fully met.
I had quite a mixed experience at the hotel. The hot spring bath was a highlight, offering a nice and relaxing experience, despite the lack of access to the spa and pool. Unfortunately, the check-in process was a hassle since our room wasn’t ready, and the staff at the front desk could use some improvements. It's definitely a good idea to rent a car if you're planning to stay here, as the location is remote with limited dining options nearby. Overall, there were some great aspects, but a few significant downsides too.
